1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fluxgate AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

2. Service Description

Fluxgate AI provides operational infrastructure for production AI agents, including agent registry, lifecycle management, monitoring, cost controls, safety policies, and API management. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service to deploy AI agents that generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Exceed rate limits or abuse API endpoints through automated means.
  • Share API keys or account access with unauthorized parties.

5. API Keys and Access

API keys are provided for programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your API keys. Treat API keys as confidential credentials. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are misused or compromised.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Control Plane and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The open-source components of Fluxgate AI are licensed under the MIT License. Your data and agent configurations remain your property.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxgate AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the platform settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
